Job Title: Marketing CoordinatorJob Type: Full-timeLocation: Remote, USA (NY, NJ)Salary Range: $18 to $24 per hourResponsibilities:Assist in developing and executing marketing campaignsCoordinate marketing materials and collateralManage social media platforms and engage with followersConduct competitive market research and analyze data to identify trends to best position IWV packages & tours.Assist in planning promotional events and trade showsCollaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiativesCreate and maintain promotional landing pages.Correspond with external media vendors for scheduling and maintenance of advertisements.Review approve & load user-provided content (including photos & customer reviews)Evaluate new marketing channels.Create promotional tracking links, and UTM for external marketing partners for all advertisements.Maintain all marketing plans and track product deadlinesCreate & send all email marketing broadcastProvide administrative support to the Marketing Manager as neededOther related duties as assignedRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related Travel & Tourism field2+ years of experience in a marketing roleProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of digital marketing tools and platformsAttention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize job functions to meet deadlinesExperience working within CMS and CRM platformsUnderstanding of current marketing trends in digital advertising and travelKnowledge of Google Analytics a plusInfinity Worldwide Vacations Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, gender, sex, ancestry, citizenship status, mental or physical disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, veteran status, or military status.
