Team Leader – ACD(Associate Creative Director)

Must have:

ACD with a copywriting background, Adobe Creative Suite and copywriting skills.

10+ Years

“Player-coach” role, leading projects and teams, hands-on with the work.

Adobe Creative Suite

Individual contributor, Leadership/management experience.

Strong understanding and ability to apply design principles; strong concepting ability as well as layout and typographic skills.

Strong conceptual and copywriting skills.

Setting direction, establishing priorities and providing thought leadership.

Responsible for setting direction, establishing priorities and providing thought leadership.

Responsible for individual performance as well as team performance.

Ability to serve as a senior consultant to firm leaders and business areas regarding planning, strategic program development and delivery.

Extensive knowledge of communication principles, tools and message design elements.
