We are a family-owned, fast-paced dog training franchise in the Denver metro area, in need of an individual in a scheduling role.We are looking for a hard-working individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is organized with strong multitasking abilities. The successful candidate will have experience scheduling client appointments and managing staffing amidst constant changes. Additionally, the ideal candidate can communicate quickly, efficiently, and effectively with clients, leads, and staff across multiple platforms and channels, including SMS/text, Slack, email, phone, face-to-face, and written communication. The individual must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of scheduling using multiple software systems.This is a full-time, lead position working a 4-day work week, required to work in an office environment with dogs.Great position for someone who wants to make a difference and loves dogs!Duties and Responsibilities

Ability to schedule staff for multiple appointments and planning ahead are must-haves.Lead the scheduling team for staffing, clients, dogs, etc. for in-home, facility, and group appointments.Lead the communication team of 2, with an assistant. Will report to owners and marketing director.Sales experience preferred, especially on the phone and in closing leads.Familiarity with client management software and a variety of technology and communication systems required (email (Gmail), texting, Google Suite programs (Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.), MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Slack, and QuickBooks). We use Service Minder and can train if there is previous experience with client management software.Experience as an exhibitor with trade shows preferred.Willingness to work in a family-owned business/franchise and in a family-oriented environment (including around kids).Excellent phone and written communication skills.Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask.Responsible, hard-working, ability to take initiative, and follow through on tasks as directed.Good interpersonal and group communication skills.Collaborative and team-oriented attitude - working with others is key to success!Heart for community and an inclusive spirit, willing to work with diverse populations.Will be required to sign confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements.Lifting and bending required.Background check will be required.Cover letter required.Preferred but not required

Interested in growing and learning.Starts at $20/hour for full-time (negotiable) or $40-45k depending on experience as a salaried position.4-day work week with other on-call times.Benefits include health, retirement, supplemental insurance, and training of dog.Owning a dog and willingness to train with our methods.Working hours are later morning until 7 PM weekdays, possibly some weekends if arranged in advance.Uniform required and starter set provided; otherwise, dress is casual.Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.Driver's license and reliable transportation required. Access to fleet vehicles available.
