General SummaryJoin our innovative tech company as a Paid Media Manager and drive the success of our advertising efforts. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing, executing, and optimizing multichannel paid media campaigns across various digital and traditional media platforms to enhance our brand and product visibility and drive demand for our products and technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

OR Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

OR High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Formulate & execute comprehensive strategies, overseeing the campaign from initial planning and launch through to optimization, maintenance, and final reporting.

Analytics and Optimization: Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor and report on campaign performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to ensure that our paid media tactics are aligned with broader marketing objectives.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to ensure high-quality and timely execution of campaigns.

Data & Ad Tech Execution: Collaborate with martech team to ensure campaigns are tagged appropriately and data is flowing through to our CDP.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

At least 5 years of experience in paid media management, preferably in an agency environment.

Comprehensive knowledge of modern marketing platforms and technologies.

Proficiency in analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and other relevant digital marketing software.

Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.

Experience managing enterprise SEO marketing.

Proven track record in managing SEM.

Experience in managing agency relationships.

Pay Range$125,000.00 - $187,000.00
