This role calls for a marketing automation subject matter expert who is passionate about email marketing, online advertising, analytics and driving measurable results at a large scale in a B2B organization connecting marketing and sales. As an expert with data and technology, you will launch, optimize, and scale global marketing campaigns that drive awareness of TELUS International solutions/services. Mastery of Pardot & Salesforce CRM, knowledge of other accompanying softwares, and a natural knack for all marketing technology required.Your day-to-day accountabilities will include:Administrative Responsibilities:Taking ownership of Pardot administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation and utilization of the platform.Supporting the development of a blueprint to enhance TELUS International Marketing setup and operations, aligning with business priorities.Marketing Automation Strategy and Implementation:Supporting the development of the marketing automation strategy, understanding and aligning with business priorities.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain CRM systems (Pardot and Salesforce) and integrated platforms.Managing system creations for lead nurturing, engagement studio workflow development, marketing analytics, campaign development, and setups.Owning daily hands-on tasks including email workflow builds/sends, landing pages support, dynamic content, A/B tests, list imports, database management & QA, segmentation, deliverability, and reporting on recurring or adhoc campaigns.Strategize, build, manage gold standard engagement studio programs for relative business priorities for global list of prospects.Support in developing the vision to maximize the conversion rates of MQLs to SQLs by developing highly engaging nurture programs.Sales Collaboration and Lead Management:Collaborating with sales teams on marketing automation enhancements, templates, and lead lifecycle management strategies.Leveraging lead attribution and lead scoring tools to improve MQLs and SQLs, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales objectives.Content Strategy and Optimization:Working closely with the content and product marketing teams to develop email campaign strategy and utilize A/B testing for success.Ensuring alignment of content strategy with overall marketing objectives and optimizing content for maximum engagement and conversion.Compliance, Data Governance, and Integration:Ensuring compliance with regulations such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA, and maintaining data hygiene and governance within Salesforce and Pardot.Managing integrations between Salesforce/Pardot and other systems within the marketing technology stack to ensure seamless data flow and operations.Testing, Optimization, and Reporting:Conducting multivariate tests to measure the incremental value of email campaigns and other marketing initiatives.Monitoring day-to-day campaign performance, executing ongoing account health maintenance, and providing recommendations for future campaign success.Continuously improving reporting capabilities using Pardot/Salesforce foundational enhancements and collaborating with analytics teams to measure the success of campaigns.Leadership, Communication and Collaboration:Support in building a team and anchoring collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Communicating with and aligning cross-functional teams, including sales, IT, analytics, and senior leadership, to drive alignment and achieve collective goals.EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:Excellent Proficiency with Pardot & SalesforceExcellent grasp of best practices for email marketing and design, including compliance with regulations and optimization techniques.Strong business acumen and quantitative analytical skillsExcellent grasp of best practices for marketing automationFast learner and a natural technical aptitude – Can achieve power-user status on multiple tools quicklyTeam player - You have strong teamwork skills and feel comfortable working in a cross-functional teamContinuous improvement - You love receiving feedback and are always looking for ways to improveAccountable and organized – You have strong time management skills, organization skills, and are able to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projectsMin 8+ years’ experience in marketing automation, hands-on in Pardot/Salesforce in a multi-channel B2B sales-oriented environmentCritical analysis skills for making/positioning data driven decisionsWould be an asset if you have:Technical experience and knowledge in HTML, CSSStrong knowledge of various campaign tracking and data management tools.Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Knowledge of Zapier IntegrationsWorked on Instapage Landing pagesKnowledge of Paid Ads channels such as LinkedIn Ads, FB Ads, Google Ads and programmatic ad platforms such as Rollworks, Stackadapt and Demandbase.Experience working with Data Engineers, Data Scientists & Business IntelligenceLocation:A remote position in CanadaTELUS Values:TELUS International recognizes and embraces the importance of values in our ever-changing workplace.
