Here are a few things we already know about you:You've been the lead art director on a variety of integrated campaignsYou have an impressive award-winning portfolio of workYou’re ambitious, a team player, resourceful and accountableYou're effective at presenting the workABOUT THE ROLE:Understand our clients’ business challenges and generate integrated creative ideas, develop concepts and designs that help our clients move their businesses forward.Partner with copywriters and other creatives to deliver big ideas; continue to push the boundaries to find new and better ways to improve our clients’ businesses.Be the lead art director on projects and productions (photo and video shoots).Present your work and develop strong client relationships.Be a go-to for new business pitches and juicy client projects.Help foster an inclusive, inspiring and energetic working environment that ultimately leads to great work and happy people.Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including other creatives, account management, production, strategy and media.Stay abreast of trends and new media formats, absorbing ideas from the internet, TV, social media, etc.Meet deadlines and requirements, from kickoff to final delivery.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.Knowledge of integrated production/campaign development.Eye for design and executional craft.A creative portfolio which displays your ability to think in inventive ways.Multicultural, earned media and/or social campaign development experience a plus.Salary is commensurate with your experience and quality of portfolio.We offer excellent benefits to eligible employees, including 401(k), holidays, vacations and more.Quad is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
