Providence, Rhode IslandThe Oracle Health Data Intelligence Platform is looking for an energetic, experienced manager to lead a clinical algorithm content team that develops clinical population health algorithms to measure and improve the quality of care for millions of patients on the platform. Algorithms will be developed in SQL and need to be optimized for accuracy and performance. Additionally, this team will take regulatory quality measurement specifications from external entities and create clear and unambiguous engineering requirements for our software development teams. Ensure that requirements are in alignment with the platform’s data model and terminology systems.ResponsibilitiesStrong leadership and advocacy skills; able to articulate the needs of our customers and your team members.Able to work across various internal teams and organizations to ensure good outcomes for our customers; reduce communication inefficiencies.Lead through example and create a positive, industrious, and proud culture on the team.Strive to consistently improve efficiency and accuracy of the work your team performs.Technically proficient with relational databases, SQL, Tableau, and various analytics tools.Strong analytical and deductive reasoning skills.Minimum RequirementsCertain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.Compensation and BenefitsUS: Hiring Range: from $109,500 to $251,600 per annum.
