Role Summary

The role involves leading the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events, to achieve both company and client objectives. The candidate will oversee brand management efforts, ensuring consistency and enhancing visibility. They will improve operational processes, coordinate inter-departmental activities, and manage marketing technologies to optimize performance.

Additionally, the role requires developing tools for tracking and analyzing KPIs, leading cross-functional projects, and providing strategic insights to leadership. The candidate will also be responsible for team leadership, fostering a collaborative environment, and identifying training opportunities to enhance team capabilities. Key responsibilities include driving business development, managing budgets effectively, and maintaining alignment between marketing and business strategies through regular communication with leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, social, print, events) to achieve company and client goals. Optimize campaigns using market research and data analytics.

Brand Management:

Oversee brand positioning and messaging consistency across platforms. Work with creative teams to enhance brand visibility.

Operational Management:

Improve operational processes, coordinate inter-departmental activities, and manage marketing technologies for effective campaign performance.

KPI Development & Data Analysis:

Develop tools to track KPIs across teams, analyze data to improve performance, and present actionable insights to leadership.

Project Management:

Lead cross-functional projects, managing timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful completion.

Team Leadership & Development:

Lead and mentor teams, align them with company objectives, and identify training needs for skill enhancement.

Business Development:

Identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships to support growth and success.

Financial Management:

Manage marketing and operations budgets, analyze financial data, and make cost-effective decisions.

Communication & Leadership Alignment:

Communicate regularly with leadership to ensure alignment of strategies with business objectives.

Process Development + Implementation:

Develop and implement efficient processes that enhance team productivity and ensure consistency across all marketing and operational activities.

Training Development + Implementation:

Design and deliver effective training programs for both internal team members and B2B clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
