Job Summary:
As the Director of Marketing at CELLSCRIPT, you will lead the marketing efforts to promote our reagents to a global market of researchers, academic institutions, and commercial labs. You will strategize, develop, and execute marketing plans that align with our business goals, enhancing brand visibility and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and sales.
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources for various projects effectively.
Coordinate with the sales team to refine marketing strategies based on market trends and sales data.
Lead market research efforts to understand customer needs and identify new market opportunities.
Oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
Assess the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Establish and maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors.
Stay updated with the latest trends in the biotech industry to ensure the competitiveness of our marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
Proven experience in marketing management, ideally in the biotech or related scientific sector.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
