G2O is seeking an experienced, creative & dynamic User Experience Senior Designer to help grow a talented team and help elevate the role of design as a part of our Experience line of business.As a G2O Experience team member, you’ll work alongside our client teams and participate in activities to improve the go-to-market strategy and our line of business’ financial performance. You’ll provide insight into thought leadership in the market, industry and help inform sales opportunities aligned to our strategy. You’ll build strong relationships and collaborate across other lines of business ensuring connectivity in executing complex projects for our clients. You’ll bring your experience with human-centered design processes and oversee and ensure the quality of the products and services created for our clients. You’ll help evolve the G2O brand itself and how it comes to life in the market and in key client pitches.Day to Day Key Responsibilities Include:

You’ll continue to evolve, grow, and participate in G2O’s Design Practice. You’ll assist in setting direction for practice innovation, process and standards and evangelize the role of design. You’ll assess new tools, techniques and trends and strive to continuously take the practice to the next level. You’ll inspire and drive the design team to contribute to the ongoing evolution of the practice and put these processes, tools and standards to use in the work we do for our clients.You’ll work with our clients in both building design efforts and maximizing effectiveness on G2O projects, ensuring project execution excellence. You’ll help our clients and more junior design team members by getting them “unstuck” or providing them ways to think about problems differently so as to ensure a high level of quality and standards with the design output. You’ll challenge your team to explore new creative ideas for solving user problems. You’ll build strong, trusting relationships with key clients and represent our design work with our clients.Required Qualifications:

7+ years in the design industry – preferably with a mix of both agency and client-side experienceYou’re passionate about doing great work and building great teamsYou’ve designed many impactful digital solutions and products and can prove itExperience functioning within high performing design teamsDeep understanding of design and development processes and how design best fits within design thinking, lean product and agile development methodologiesYou’re a believer in human-centered design and have experience with a variety of tools and techniques to capture user feedback throughout the design processExpertise with presenting complex ideas to clients in a way that connects emotionally with the audienceClients love you and believe you can help them achieve their goalsYou aren’t a technology for technology's sake person – but rather you’re passionate about solving customer and human problems via technologyExperience and knowledge in the banking and/or healthcare industry is strongly preferredProven experience leading teams
