We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our Cross-Industry & Retention Marketing Team. The Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in managing cross-industry marketing strategies and retention projects that help drive customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty. This role will report directly to the Sr. Marketing Manager and will work closely with various internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.ResponsibilitiesCross-Industry & Retention Marketing Programs:

Oversee key program phases, ensuring they stay on schedule and align with objectives. This includes scoping update requests, collaborating for approvals, submitting updates, and assisting with design updatesTeam Communications:

Gather information on team projects, share updates on SharePoint, and create a quarterly newsletter showcasing team accomplishmentsTeam SharePoint Management:

Manage and redesign the team SharePoint site, gather program updates, and publish them to keep the site current and informativePlanning and Facilitating Team Meetings and Offsites:

Assist with planning and facilitating team meetings and offsites, including meeting planning, agenda assistance, offsite logistics, note-taking, and sending follow-upsLocalization Management:

Oversee the full localization process for all customer-facing assets developed by the teamAsset Management:

Track localized assets to ensure they are well-organized and easily accessible, enhancing team efficiency and productivityContent Map Creation and Management:

Create and manage content maps to support localization and executionTeam Metrics:

Enhance team performance analysis by defining standard metrics, collaborating to establish a baseline, automating and streamlining the process, and ensuring metrics are readily accessibleContent Review Support:

Act as a second set of eyes in reviewing customer-facing assets to ensure accuracy before they are sent outMinimum Qualifications5+ years of experience in program/project management or marketing, preferably in a technology or SaaS environmentStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsAnalytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisionsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $87,400 and $150,810. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
