The Field Marketing Manager is a part of a team that is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing marketing programs in support of the Rabo AgriFinance business development teams. They will work in conjunction with the Marketing and Communication team to support our brand and marketing strategy at the regional and field level.Our Shared Future:"I find greatest fulfilment as a Field Marketing Manager by supporting the relationship managers in organizing impactful events that help them achieve their goals and drive company success." - Sr. Field Marketing ManagerYou and Your JobThe Field Marketing Manager I is responsible for planning, organizing and executing marketing programs that generate new prospects for the Rabo AgriFinance sales team, and which support the awareness of the Rabo AgriFinance brand and the national RAF Marketing and Communication efforts.Supports marketing communication brand awareness activities for an assigned area and acts as a resource for more junior Field Marketing Managers. Performs key liaison role between national marketing communication and sales team. Build relationships with sales teams, including facilitation, setup and attendance at and participation in sales team meetings. In association with management, develop local marketing plans that align with and support national marketing plans.Execute go-to-market strategy with sales team (and industry partners). Submit RaboResearch speaker/resource requests for the business. Work with RaboResearch analysts and national Mar/Comm team to maximize ag research to targeted customers, prospects, influencers and media. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons.
