Greets customers upon arrival and makes sure reservations are in order
Works independently to identify and develop new markets that increase market share and profitability
Works with Executive Director of International Marketing to develop local market strategies
Makes recommendations regarding promotional events which may attract new business
Collaborates the marketing efforts of the department through the support of property special events
Acts as a liaison between casino personnel and customers
