Responsibilities

The Associate Director, Marketing, for SCA Health assists with strategic marketing planning for private practice medical groups throughout the United States, including value propositions, brand positioning, b-to-c and b-to-b focused integrated marketing campaigns, project management, and creative development.The Associate Director plays a pivotal role in closely collaborating with multiple teams to ensure the successful development and execution of strategies for practice marketing initiatives. Within the organization, the Associate Director cultivates strong working relationships and encourages extensive collaboration with operations, clinical, quality, compliance, legal, business analytics, and other cross-functional teams. Externally, the Associate Director partners with various agencies to effectively lead the implementation of marketing strategies and plans for numerous stakeholders. The candidate must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and a patient focus that drives the need for quality deliverables and performance.Position Responsibilities:Assist with the development of strategic and tactical plans for multiple practice brands.Initiate and manage numerous projects simultaneously by defining and documenting scopes of work, key objectives, and desired outcomes.Provide oversight of agency relationships, focusing on partnerships with their Account, Strategy, Project Management, Creative, Measurement, CRM, Digital, Media, and social teams to develop innovative and impactful initiatives and tactics that align with the practice marketing strategic imperatives.Effectively collaborate with marketing, content, communications and events leaders, operations and clinical executives, and cross functional teams within a highly matrixed organization to develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives.Assist in leading annual strategic marketing plan development process.Understand trends in the marketplace impacting practice service lines managed (Cardiovascular - CV, Orthopedics, Gastroenterology - GI, Ophthalmology)Use data driven strategic insights to optimize plans.Consistently execute multiple marketing initiatives on schedule and on budget.Evaluate the effectiveness of campaign strategies through campaign measurement and metrics development to achieve brand objectives.Effectively track and manage marketing budgets for each practice.

Qualifications

BA/BS Required in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or other related business discipline.Proven marketing experience with proficiency in all marketing skills.8+ years of marketing experience in cardiovascular (CV) and/or orthopedic service lines.

Skills and Abilities:Demonstrated ability to manage brand positioning, omnichannel strategy, end-to-end campaign management, and finance management.Experience working with and managing multiple external agencies.A balance of analytical capability and creative visionExcellent communication (oral, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.Ability to influence senior management.Ability to work with all levels in a highly matrixed organization.Communicate clearly and concisely with several types and levels of staff and external contacts, both in writing and verballyStrong planning, project management, and organization skills, attention to detail, execution, and follow-through

Travel:Moderate airline travel required for in-person meetings with practice locations across the U.S. (West coast, Midwest, Southeast and East coast), as well as company off-site meetings.Candidates based in Pacific or Mountain time zones preferred.USD $115,000.00/Yr. USD $130,000.00/Yr.
