Responsible for building strategic marketing solutions and managing the develop of essential materials that drive enrollment participation and engagement across our products.

Business-to-Consumer go-to-market enrollment strategy, Broker/Enroller Training, and execution

Collaborate across the consumer marketing team, marketing team, Implementation team and Sales team to develop and execute direct-to-consumer promotional strategies and plans that drive enrollment participation and product training.

Use critical thinking skills and product knowledge to translate underwriting offer summaries into content deliverables, working with a team of designers and content creators to create print and digital assets

Proactively project manage customized case campaigns and oversee the deployment of a comprehensive toolkit of turnkey campaigns for smaller, less strategic cases.

Custom Client Content Development

Consult with Sales and Implementation Managers as a marketing consultant to optimize enrollment campaigns, navigating them through considerations, including best practices.

Manage marketing requests, in collaboration with the appropriate partners and stakeholders, to develop and deploy required campaign content.

Partner with the Marketing Director to manage and complete strategic initiatives, manage, and complete enrollment campaigns, manage, and oversee the completion of key materials, while working closely to manage timelines and capacity.

Monitor and measure outcomes to make data-driven recommendations to improve performance.

Work to continually improve processes, efficiency, and accuracy of enrollment materials.

Develop and maintain monthly operational reports and marketing production trend data

Keep a pulse on the industry and stay current on trends

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

3-5 years of marketing-related experience, or combination of education and experience.

Strategic problem solver and active listener, able to think critically to identify needs, gaps and recommend solutions.

Proven creator and writer (with keen attention to detail) of engaging, market-relevant, accurate marketing content.

Independent self-starter as well as a team-oriented partner who works effectively with others toward a common goal.

Communicator, written, verbal and interpersonal, skilled at building and maintaining effective relationships with internal partners, stakeholders, and clients.

Multi-tasker able to effectively work on several client projects concurrently while demonstrating strategic planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.

Deadline-driven producer who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Experienced and proficient user of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and Outlook.
