The Semiconductor Business Unit provides solutions for customers in pathfinding, yield learning, and failure analysis of semiconductor processes and manufacturing. As a member of this team, you will work with customers on the forefront of semiconductor innovation as they develop and characterize the processes that will lead to the technologies of tomorrow.

A Day in the Life

Work at both the strategic and tactical levels to shape overall marketing strategy, identify new customer engagement opportunities, measure and optimize campaigns, develop new tactics, and solve problems.

Develop and deliver marketing strategies, tactics, and results that align with program, product, and business goals.

Drive demand generation and generate high-quality marketing qualified leads for the sales development team by driving tactical marketing plans for new and existing portfolio products and market segments.

Monitor targets and dashboards to measure the efficiency of marketing activities, regularly report on metrics, and adjust tactics to improve performance.

Handle marketing activities within the agreed budget, including budget accruals, while collaborating with the finance team.

Serve as the main point of contact between the Semiconductor BU marketing and Divisional Marketing teams, coordinating projects, ensuring the quality of tactics, and facilitating effective communication.

Lead annual marketing planning and execution processes.

Develop and implement internal marketing programs to raise awareness and provide easy access to up-to-date content and collateral for the sales and BU teams.

Keys to Success

Education

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering or related field.

Experience

3+ years employment experience developing and driving marketing plans, preferably for scientific research products.

Experience writing technical scientific content with ability to develop messaging for sales and customer facing materials.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to translate technical content into easy-to-understand customer facing language.

Knowledge of the following key proficiencies: semiconductor market and capital equipment knowledge, multi-channel lead generation, channels-to-market, segmentation, demand/lead generation strategies, value proposition, content strategy/marketing, and marketing program development and execution

Communication, analytical, project management and planning skills.

Ability to handle complexity of product lines with distinct go to market strategies.

Collaborative approach to developing and sharing strategy, tactics, and analytics. A strong record of building alignment in cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving, analytical and execution skills.

Travel up to 25% may be required.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Oregon is $118,100.00–$170,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
