ManTech is seeking a Full Motion Video (FMV) Analyst to support our Marine Corps Intelligence Activity contract on MCB Quantico
This role requires an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
The work done on this position is on night shift () with 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 3 days off including weekends and holidays.
General Responsibilities
:Provide hands-on full motion imagery analysis, producing intelligence products derived from any airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance platform to include imagery analysis on a broad range of issues, supporting national security objectives, senior policy makers, the DoD, USMC, and/or IC initiativesProvide real time 24/7/365-366 full motion video exploitation in a shift work environment maintaining Situational Awareness (SA) and understanding of the mission and the intelligence requirementsResearch Cedalion or its follow-on and other multi-disciplined IC databases to acquire amplifying or clarifying information in support of research and analysisProduce standard and non-standard FMV imagery analysis products, such as motion imagery summary reports and tailored mission-specific productsConduct imagery research and analysis by researching imagery to meet current USMC requirements to include, but not limited to, NRO Overhead Systems, aircraft, FMV, and civil/commercial sensors to answer detailed Information RequirementsCreate and provide metadata to support structured observations in support of the DoD, USMC, and/or IC initiativesProvide analysts capable of simultaneously being able to view, exploit, record, and touch type (minimum of 40 words/minute) live FMV exploitation comments in support of operational FMV missionsIdentify targets and target-related activities by understanding Order of Battle for mission related geolocations.Conduct target research in support of exploitation activities to provide amplifying information and context to information requirements and to inform the exploitation team.Analyze existing information and intelligence to identify gaps in coverage/knowledge to investigate all sources of intelligence to fill those gapsConduct data mining using various databases, open-source reporting, digital video archives, and other intelligence sourcesProvide multimedia production in support of exploitation activitiesWhen appointed as a mentor, provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to other analystsWhen appointed as an evaluator, provide peer-to-peer assessments when analysts require evaluations and when analysts need to be tested on their positionConduct multi-INT research, exploitation, organization, prioritization, processing, analysis, production, and dissemination of intelligence information in accordance with (IAW) Government priorities, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)Provide exploitation of Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) / Infrared SAR (ISAR) imageryProduce standard and non-standard FMV imagery analysis products, such as motion imagery summary reports and tailored mission-specific productsOther duties as required
Mandatory Skills Requirements:Active DoD TS/SCI clearance (In DISS)Bachelor's degree and at least 2 Years of Intelligence Analyst experience. 6 years total experience without degree.Has attended a basic intelligence courseAbility to prepare, maintain, and present intelligence displays, reports, and briefings with the creation and use of visual aids (graphs, charts, etc) and drafting, editing, and proofreading documents for publishingAbility to work rapidly in a high tempo, high-stress environment that often requires multi-taskingDemonstrates excellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to compile, segregate, evaluate, research, interpret, analyze, and disseminate intelligence information to support operationsKnowledge of the intelligence collection process
Other Skills Preferred:Has previously provided 24/7/365 support in a shift work environment as an integral part of a teamWell versed in the use of the internet relay chatSkilled in data mining using M3, open-source reporting, and other intelligence sourcesKnowledgeable with ArcGIS and RemoteView or comparable ELT softwareCapable of performing geo-location mensuration function, extracting coordinates and positional relationship from digital database systemsAbility to maintain and use geospatial databasesKnowledgeable on intelligence organization and systems; collection and reporting systems, intelligence information sources; techniques of identifying, collating, and evaluating, and analyzing informationKnowledge of geographical and cultural aspects of foreign countries; military capabilities weapon systemsAbility to work independently with minimal or no oversight
