Sales Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing new business opportunities in the technology sales sector.- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, including interviewing, hiring, and training; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving issues- Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships- Complete CMA reports for market trends and competitor activities- Oversee grand openings and new phases- Create incentives for communities- Regularly visit sales centers- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams**Requirements: **- 4 to 6 years' experience, with at least 2 years management experience- Strong background in outside sales, account management, and business development- Ability to manage a sales team effectively
