Serves as a content producer, analyst and SEO specialist for LVHN's external websites (e.g. LVHN.org, MyLVHN.org and more) and mobile strategy. Oversees relevant vendors and freelance relations for various web projects and assures quality.

Job DutiesAnalyzes web data, prepares and presents comprehensive reports, and implements strategies based on analytical findings.Monitors website analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize site performance.Manages and optimizes listings and reputation across digital platforms.Educates team members on SEO and SEM best practices and editing content for optimal search engine performance.Conducts competitive analysis to identify opportunities for digital strategy improvements and innovation.Maintains and updates website content, ensuring an organized and effective site architecture.Develops and publishes online content while advising on digital content strategies and best practices.Leads projects from inception to launch, ensuring clear communication and strong project management.Oversees collaborations with vendors and freelancers for various web projects and platforms.Conducts user experience (UX) research and testing to enhance website functionality and user satisfaction.Collaborates with the design team to ensure all visual content adheres to SEO best practices.Provides technical support and service recovery for website-related issues.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in new media, web communication, or related field.3 years website production, optimization, and performance measurement; experience overseeing partnerships with clients or corporate communications teams.Proficiency in Drupal, WordPress, or a comparable content management system.Proficiency in HTML/CSS,Proficiency in website analytics platforms.Proficiency in search engine optimization platforms.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in generative AI.Proficiency in email marketing platforms.

Physical Demands

Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
