Job DescriptionA part-time adjunct instructor is needed for teaching college-level Communication courses for fall 2024. Courses may include Fundamentals of Public Speaking, or other elective classes in Communication. Classes will be taught face-to-face or online.

Required Education and Experience:A Master’s in communication or a closely related discipline.

Prior teaching experience in a university setting is required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:Ability to work cooperatively with faculty and staff, ability to respond promptly to queries from students, faculty, and staff.

Interest in active and collaborative learning, the instructional use of technology, and hybrid and online teaching.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Excellent presentation skills.
