We are seeking a dynamic and savvy Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help advance our mission through strategic growth and development.

At the Thrive Center, we create and share resources rooted in cutting-edge psychological research to explore the profound connections between spirituality and mental well-being. Our aim is to illuminate how spirituality and religion can foster resilience and thriving, benefiting not just individuals, but entire communities and the world. While we embrace a broad understanding of spiritual health centered on love, our Christian foundation allows us to offer specific resources that reflect a Christian perspective on wholeness and thriving.

Role Overview: This role involves understanding market analytics, identifying and responding to market needs, developing innovative marketing strategies, oversight and implementation of social media, growing a sense of connection with our community, and informing the Center’s strategic direction, content, and program development. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Executive Director and Senior Directors to provide data-driven direction for the development and implementation of the overall strategy of the Thrive Center.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis

Market Research: Oversee and/or conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges in the fields of psychological science and spiritual health.Data Analysis: Utilize market analytics to inform strategic decisions, employing tools such as Google Analytics, market surveys, and academic databases.Needs Assessment: Evaluate the needs of our target populations, including faith communities, spiritually engaged leaders, educational institutions, and mental health professionals, to guide resource development.Strategic Direction: Collaborate with the Executive Director and Senior Directors to inform Thrive’s ongoing strategy through data analytics, ensuring alignment with our mission and goals.Marketing and Outreach

Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement the overall marketing and community engagement strategy including creation and execution of marketing plans and timeline.SEO and Digital Marketing: Design and implement SEO strategies to enhance the visibility and engagement of existing and planned resources and initiatives online.Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement content development and engagement strategy for social media platforms, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Youtube to increase outreach and impact. The candidate will be the point person for any social media interactions, including engaging with a growing audience, tracking analytics, and identifying novel approaches to grow the online community.Content Development: Work closely with Senior Director of Content and content creators to produce engaging and informative marketing content that aligns with our mission, content, and resonates with our audience.Campaign Management: Plan, oversee and/or execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to promote the Thrive Center’s brand, website, podcast, resources, programs, and product releases (e.g., books, curriculum, etc.).Community Engagement: Plan and manage a community engagement strategy that cultivates a sense of belonging to existing and prospective community members.Outreach: Develop and implement public relations, publicity, and overall strategy and implementation for print, web, digital, audio, video, and radio promotion internal and external to Fuller.Fuller Collaboration: Collaborate with Fuller Theological Seminary’s Communications, Marketing, and Admissions department on related marketing, branding, and public relations initiatives.Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Theology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the nonprofit sector.Skills:Strong analytical skills with proficiency in market research and data analysis tools.Expertise in SEO, digital marketing, and social media strategy.Experience in building online communities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.Strong writing skills.Experience creating or oversight of the development of media for marketing

Wage the seminary expects to pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour USD
