Marketing Intern

Job Description
Stay up to date on current social trends to help with ideas for relevant content on social platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
Help with putting on special events like the Boone County Art Show and the annual Employee Appreciation Breakfast.
Help with promotional events like Customer Appreciation Days, Veteran’s Promotion, and the MU/KU Border Showdown promotion.
Work with Marketing team to develop and propose marketing campaigns for bank products and services.
Work with other departments as needed to coordinate personnel and promotional items for community and company sponsored events.
Collaborate with marketing team on any current or upcoming campaigns.
Help develop and distribute marketing materials.
Other duties as assigned.
Responsible for compliance with all banking regulations which are applicable to the job, including Bank Secrecy Act and information security initiatives.
Requirements
High school diploma required. Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Extremely creative and able to generate attention-grabbing ideas.Knowledge of social media platforms and current trends.Familiarity with Microsoft products and Canva.Strong attention to detail.Ability to take direction.Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.Able to lift 20 lbs.Able to work occasional weekend or evening hours.
