Seeking an experienced creative who can excel in both the strategy and the execution of Zia's original content, including still photography, video, and graphic design. This senior role will execute in-house shoots for Zia's website and branded content including product photography, still and video ads, editorial production and edits, and more.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and pitch strategic creative direction for still and video projectsManage and execute in-house product shoots featuring tile for ecommerce and lifestyle placementsHandle editing, color-correction, and formatting of final assetsOwn content library and manage licensing of external and partner contentAbility to manage priorities and time well, to balance multiple projects at one timeQualifications5 years in creative production focused on physical goods - interiors, beauty, and small luxury goods are a great fitExpert level photo and video work with an emphasis on natural lightingExperience in still photography, video production, editing, and graphic designKnowledge of web, advertising, and social platformsBreadth of style and design capabilityCreative thinker, confident in developing and pitching big ideasExcellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.
