We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Proposal Coordinator to join our team in Baltimore, MD. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the proposal development process, working closely with senior staff to create compelling, high-quality proposals that win new business for the firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career to gain experience in a fast-paced, professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation and production of proposals, qualifications, and presentations.Collaborate with technical staff to gather information, format content, and ensure compliance with client requirements.Maintain and update proposal content libraries, resumes, and project descriptions.Conduct research to support proposal content and strategy.Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality materials.Assist in the management of proposal schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely submissions.Proofread and edit proposal content for clarity, grammar, and consistency.Review of certificate of insurance.Draft and produce contractual agreements for Partner review.Support other marketing and business development activities as needed.Provide administrative support to Partner as needed.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus.Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.Must be able to work onsite in our Baltimore, MD office, this is not a remote position.Some overtime work may be required.Benefits:
