W2Location: Philadelphia, Chester County Main LineDuties and responsibilities:Client consultationConcept developmentSpace planningMaterial and color selectionTechnical drawingsCollaborationProject managementClient communication with a focus on superior serviceDevelop and maintain relationshipsBudget managementDocumentation and record-keepingCoordinate with construction teamsSite visitsQuality controlCompliance and regulationsQualifications:7+ years of experienceSystems –Google Suites, MS Office, ClickUp, Revit or similar, Canva and PhotoshopExcellent written and verbal communication skillsEye for luxury design and finishesStrong understanding of construction finish materials and processesResidential design experience is essentialStructured and organizedMust possess a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and strong project management skillsAbility to collaborate with team membersWork Environment:Functions primarily in an office, on-site at construction jobs, and/or vendor showroomsWork requires the ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workdayPosition requires the ability to talk and hear; good vision skills (with or without correction) are requiredPosition requires the use of fingers, hands, and arms on a consistent basis for computer and phone workOccasional travel to client locationsThe position must occasionally move inventory up to 40 pounds
