Adobe is looking for an experienced Art Director / Designer to join our in-house Social Editorial Team! You'll join a team of makers, video editors, producers, and content creators in creating and upleveling Adobe's content in social. We're looking for someone who has a strong eye for design and a passion for the internet. We makeas well as work with our production partners, agencies, and content teams to uplevel the overall art direction across all social channels.What You'll Do

Develop social content both independently and as part of a teamWork with agencies, freelancers, production partners, and other teams to ensure consistent art direction and design elementsParticipate in brainstorms, support creative campaigns, and join on-the-ground coverage teams for Adobe eventsOwn the visual expression of Adobe on socialWhat you need to succeed

5+ years in social as a Graphic Designer or Art DirectorAn elevated eye for design, able to create work that is both functional and artisticExperience in a high volume, social-first content environmentAble to both roll up your sleeves and create work while also working with partners to elevate their workAbility to work in a video heavy environment, partnering with video editors and motion designers on design elementsOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $68,800 -- $135,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.Adobe will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment in accordance with state and local laws and "fair chance" ordinances.
