As a Brand Graphic Designer at Advance Creation, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our brand identity across various platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to create visually compelling designs that resonate with our target audience and effectively communicate our brand message.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain the visual identity of the company, including logo design, brand guidelines, and marketing materials.Create eye-catching and engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website assets, branded packaging designs, and promotional materials.Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.Ensure consistency and quality across all design projects, adhering to brand guidelines and industry standards.Stay updated with hardware design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the visual appeal and effectiveness of our marketing materials.Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, timelines, and objectives.Utilize software such as Keyshot, Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Blender, Mid Journey, and CAD applications to develop creative assets.Develop and modify 3D models and CAD designs for product visualization, prototyping, and manufacturing.Operate 3D printers and create 3D print files for product prototypes and design concepts.Employ AI-assisted tools to enhance design efficiency and innovation.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Industrial Design, or a related field.Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a branding or marketing role.Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work, with a focus on branding and marketing materials.Knowledge of the cannabis, e-hookah, and disposable hardware market and trends.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software such as Keyshot, Blender, and CAD applications.Experience with AI-assisted design tools and 3D modeling software.Ability to create print-ready 3D files and experience operating 3D printers.Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and a strong eye for visual aesthetics.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts visually.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience ($41,600-$52,000 per year) plus incentives.Health insurance.Paid time off and holidays.Opportunities for professional development and growth.Fun and dynamic work environment in the rapidly growing cannabis and tobacco industry.If you are passionate about design, creativity, and making a meaningful impact in the cannabis industry, we invite you to join our team as a Brand Graphic Designer at Advance Creation.
