The CENTERS team is innovative, entrepreneurial, trail-blazing, and ambitious for both CENTERS and our clients. Today, CENTERS provides management services for 14 clients.

ResponsibilitiesCore Position Responsibilities:

Capture and edit photos/videos showcasing the Aquatic Center.

Collaborate with marketing on content for promotions.

Document events and create short story videos.

Produce high-quality content on deadlines.

Core Employee Responsibilities:

Work well with the team to support a positive culture.

Uphold brand standards.

Communicate professionally.

Available for evening/weekend work as needed.

Complete other marketing tasks as assigned.

QualificationsMinimum Requirements:

Proficient in shooting and editing photo/video

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred experience with social media platforms

Basic writing/editing skills

10-20 hours/week

Technical Competencies:

Social media platforms

Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite/Canva

Video editing software

Marketing principles and project management

Professional Competencies:

Strong communication and teamwork

Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Willingness to learn new skills

Adaptable, motivated, and customer-focused

Human Relations:

Internal contacts include staff at all levels. External contacts include external customers and vendors. Contact involves troubleshooting, informing, exchanging information, negotiating, making recommendations, and giving information or instructions.

Office environment/pool environment/fitness facility environment

Moderate to loud noise

Evening or weekend work as required

Physical Demands:

Sitting at desk or table for at least 60% of the work day

Walking or working with facilities 40% of the work day

Repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement (while operating computer equipment)

Occasional bending, stooping

Eye-hand coordination (keyboard typing)

Hearing and talking
