The Sr. Associate will work as part of the Consumer & Community Banking line of business focused on Chase Social Media team, which has a specific emphasis on supporting the Chase for Business social media ambassador efforts.

As a Marketing Strategy Sr. Associate you will leverage your strong program management and employee advocacy experience showcasing your strong knowledge of LinkedIn best practices. program management skills. Reporting to Chase's Social Media business strategy lead, you will support the launch and daily management of the Chase for Chase for Business social media ambassador program. You'll also partner with internal stakeholders to create a smooth onboarding process for program participants.

Job responsibilities:

Support the launch of Chase for Business social media ambassador programManage the day-to-day monitoring efforts of the program participants posts and engagementsBuild content within ambassador program's content management systems (e.g. Sprinklr) for scheduling and publishing and partner with Sprinklr platform owners to build out the ambassador program workflows and capabilities; assist in onboarding participants to the Sprinklr platform and review program accessMeasure content performance of the ambassador program and provide regular reporting on program impact while making insights-based recommendations on how to evolve the programAssist in building out a playbook that includes retention, risk and control requirementsPartner with marketers, communicators and employees to create shareable social media content that aligns with key business needsEngage with LinkedIn partners to understand the best practices of LinkedIn and ambassador programs, evangelize LinkedIn best practices with ambassador program participants and support the content and editorial teams with LinkedIn content creation and copywritingIdentify content opportunities that resonate with a B2B audienceMaintain the ambassador program's content and campaign librarySupport creative guidelines for content quality, designed to improve audience engagementSupport team members on various projects and campaigns, effectively communicating timelines, status and resultsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

3+ years of relevant experience in building employee advocacy/ambassador programs and social media monitoring for brandsThorough knowledge of social media monitoring and management tools for social listening, publishing, and reporting (i.e. Sprinklr, Hearsay, LinkedIn analytics, etc.)Exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written - with the ability to tailor approach based on audienceConfidence to pitch fresh ideas, think creatively, and identify problems to solveA passion for keeping up to speed on the social media landscape and how employees can use it to build their brandThe ability to cultivate relationships across teams in marketing, communications and the broader Chase ecosystemBasic understanding of graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe creative suite and/or FigmaEffectively communicate on project timelines, status and results, executive presence and public speaking capability and strong ability to problem-solve and think criticallyTeam player with enthusiastic attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. Eager to learn, have fun, contribute and make an impactAbility to self-motivate, work well across teams, work on multiple projects at the same time, and produce high-quality work; excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize high volume, high priority initiativesProficiency in Microsoft Office, e.g. Word and PowerPointPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
