We are seeking a motivated and experienced Creative Project Manager to join our growing Creative Studio team, reporting into the Head of Creative Studio. This role facilitates the process, prioritization, and execution of multiple and concurrent creative and content projects while collaborating with internal teams and clients, to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives that support our company's global growth.

Maintain a comprehensive view of Creative Studio projectsEnsure creative and project briefs are complete and accurateIdentify and assign work to the best suited resources, build project plans, and coordinate schedules for timely project completionReview, prioritize, and adjust task deadlines based on current work, incoming work, the team's work schedules, and project deadlines to ensure evenly distributed workloads and avoid rush jobsConduct weekly production/job status meetings with applicable teamsCommunicate specific tasks and corresponding deadlines to team members and hold team members accountable to assigned workCoordinate and assign work to freelancers (as needed) to ensure they are meeting timelines and requirementsUpdate the applicable internal clients on any changes to a project schedule or if a project is in danger of missing its deadlineFollow established job systems and help identify new systems in partnership with Creative Operations to streamline workflows and improve efficienciesBuild relationships with co-workers through excellent interpersonal and communication skills striving for a positive and collaborative environmentQualifications:

4+years' experience planning, coordinating, and administering workflow in a marketing, advertising or in-house creative studio environmentStrong proficiency in project management, time management, and understanding the creative development processKnowledge of traffic management and creative operations best practicesExperience with creative workflow optimization and resource allocationExperience planning, coordinating, and administering workflow in a marketing, advertising or in-house creative studio environmentFamiliarity with project management and creative software (Asana experience a plus),problem-solving skills, and ability to analyze project performance dataAbility to simultaneously manage multiple projects in various stages of productionAbility to work independently or as part of a team to establish project deliverables & timelinesWritten and verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and an aptitude for making quick, quality decisionsBenefits:

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:$84,000.00 - $106,000.00
