The Product Development and Creative (PDC) team is on the hunt for a talented Production Designer to join us in shaping the future of global consumer products. What You'll Do:
Final Touches:
Take the lead in finalizing consumer style guides and design assets, ensuring they are polished and ready for the world to see.Creative Design:
Design visually captivating style guide layouts under the guidance of our Creative Lead. You'll establish design guidelines, including color palettes and typography, to bring our assets to life.Organize and Prep:
Review, prep, and organize all design assets, making sure they meet specs and are partner-ready. Use your judgment to tweak and perfect as needed.Asset Management:
Oversee the distribution and upload of style guide assets to our internal library.Research & Reference:
Collaborate with our Manager to gather visual references that inspire and support our creative vision.Design Opportunities:

Experience:
3+ years in graphic design/visual communication/production design within an agency, studio, or entertainment marketing environment.Style Guide Expertise:
Experience in style guide or branding guide layout design with a deep understanding of design guidelines.Detail-Oriented:
An obsessive eye for detail, ensuring every design element is perfect.Retail Design:
Experience in designing for consumer goods or retail merchandise is a plus.Technical Skills:
Expert-level proficiency with Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Presentation Skills:
Skilled in creating presentations on platforms like Google Slides.Adaptability:
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, often managing multiple projects simultaneously.Fandom Enthusiast:
