Job Summary:

As a Senior UX Designer, you'll work with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to shape the user experience of our products and services by leveraging your advanced knowledge of experience design principles. As we build-out software applications and portals and channels for our business customers, you will champion forward-thinking, practical design concepts, and solve complex use stories through collaboration, creative problem-solving, and persuasive storytelling. Your impact will be significant in the design, architecture, and functionality of our products, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers as they move within a dynamic environment. You'll work with our various product streams and feature teams and actively contribute through the whole development process from inception to realization, spanning concept exploration, user research, and high-fidelity feature development alongside the engineering teams. Your work on design optimization through usability testing and user research, and data-driven decision making will drive improvements in each iteration and major deployment.

Design and develop elegant UX solutions to specific interaction/interface opportunities and ensure consistency across multiple products and platforms while adhering to industry best practicesApply advanced knowledge of information architecture, storyboarding, and workflow to solve technical requirements and challenges. Create user-centric designs that enhance navigation, findability, and overall user satisfaction.Ideate and prototype to explore different options, including unexpected, but still workable solutions. Diagram the product ecosystem, omni-channel service layers and the customer experience.Conduct data-driven analysis and user research and communicate how we are using that analysis to inform UX design for our products and features. Report on our ability to develop and deliver value-adding features and products.Education & Experience

Candidates with a background in a relevant design disciplines. Your formal education, training, and experience would likely come from one of several areas including: Computer Engineering, Information Architecture, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, etc.

You'll have worked through numerous product and feature development cycles, probably as the result of having worked in relevant roles for 5 or more years (typically 8 or more years).

You'll have a portfolio highlighting multiple projects that demonstrates your skill and experience crafting usable digital interfaces, including quantitative, qualitative, and usability testing methods.

Preferred Skills

Advanced skill in developing design solutions and framework and delivering that work using modern development tools and technologies, including platforms such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Tailwind, etc.

Familiar with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, frameworks such as React, and mobile UI standards

Proficient understanding of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies, with a history of creating accessible and inclusive digital experiences

Compensation: $95,000-$125,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate's qualifications, the Company's operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
