We are always interested in hearing from new and exciting talent.SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER:We are seeking a creative, energetic individual with superior technical abilities and a minimum of 10 years demonstrated experience in Hospitality, Hotels, Casinos, Restaurants and/or Institutional projects such as Healthcare or Higher Education.Responsibilities includeExperience in detailed construction documentationFFE SpecificationsLead in furniture, fabric and finish selectionsCreate client presentationsSite visits to measure/ photograph spaces3D modeling in Sketchup and rendering softwareProject Management through all phases of design from Conceptual through Construction AdministrationThe applicant must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects, have the ability to solve problems, be able to communicate design intent both verbally and graphically as well as have good oral and written communication skills. The successful candidate must also be able to work effectively with others in and out of the office to solve design challenges for a variety of projects.
