Job Title: Marketing Specialist
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Location: Boston, MA 02110
Pay Rate: $31.93/hr.
Job Description:Establish the workflow and drive the trafficking of marketing projectsReview new job requests to ensure information is complete and assign to the appropriate creative teamCoordinate reviews and edits of marketing materials between internal clients and agenciesCreate or assist in the creation of project plans and schedulesBe proactive in meeting all deadlines, ensuring deliverables are reviewed, approved, and released on timeTake appropriate action if a deadline is not being metSubmit marketing materials to Compliance and coordinate edits and approvalsAttend and participate in regular Production and Design meetings
