Key Responsibilities Outreach to podcasts Create a list of podcasts and reach out to them on behalf of client Hand off warm leads to client Send bio and headshot Repurpose podcasts into content / newsletter Research social media trends Create Canva templates using branding and colors Create and manage monthly newsletter Manage YouTube shorts Post consistently on Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube shorts Manage Amazon storefront Create a list of local bookstores based on where client would be for upcoming book signings Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed Platforms: Canva Google Suite Instagram TikTok Meta YouTube WordPress LinkTree Asana / Trello / Structure Amazon Requirements Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube shorts, and Meta Experience in social media / digital marketing (a must) Deadline oriented Intuitively organized Detail oriented Self-starter 10 hours per week with availability to increase around book launch Eastern, Central, Mountain or Pacific Time Zone Benefits There are no benefits for this role as it is meant to be performed by independent contractors.
