landing page to learn more.The Pinterest Business Marketing team is composed of highly skilled marketing generalists, able to flex with equal strength among marketing strategy, content strategy, project management, cross-functional team leadership, industry thought leadership, event planning and creative oversight. Expect to roll up your sleeves, grow quickly, pivot often and learn a ton.In this role, as an Integrated Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that leverage a variety of channels to drive awareness, engagement, and growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including experiential, design, content, and sales, to create and execute effective marketing activations and campaigns that align with business objectives.What you’ll do:Develop and execute U.S. integrated marketing programs across multiple channels, including email, social media, content marketing, paid advertising, events and sales content.Own U.S. success stories strategy, development and execution (with writing support).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategy, messaging, creative assets, and marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.Manage the company’s brand and ensure all marketing efforts align with brand guidelines and values.Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activations and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business goals.Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution.Build and maintain proactive relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.What we are looking for:6+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a B2B role.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as marketing, or equivalent experience.Experience in integrated marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful activations across a variety of activation types (i.e. executive engagement, event planning, campaigns).Experience executing across digital marketing channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.Exemplary project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Solid analytical skills, with the ability to measure and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness.Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Relocation Statement:This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
