role reports to the Product Director, Digital Solutions. This is a highly visible role that will interact with senior leadership on a regular basis.In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of critical product lines within Digital Solutions and helping to design and deliver our marketing strategy.What You’ll Work OnPortfolio and StrategyOwner of one or more portfolio product lines.Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans, including analysis of the competitive environment, product positioning, and market analysis.Build out business opportunities and business cases for your products.Monitor customer, competitor, and industry trends to identify innovation opportunities.Product ManagementBe the Product Champion for key product lines within Digital Solutions portfolio.Lead customer research and product/service ideation, design, and testing.Deeply understand key moments in clinician and patient journeys.Collaborate and brainstorm with cross-business unit and cross-functional teams (including Designers, Engineers, Marketing, Clinical, Finance, R&D, and Regulatory).Build strong relationships with leading KOLs around the globe.Downstream MarketingBuild out product launch plans and lead the execution of launch activities.Support the digital solutions and medical device division commercial organizations in achieving sales plans and forecasts for relevant products within the portfolio.Build marketing communications and educational materials.Ensure launch and post-launch success; offer leadership to commercial organizations and on-market teams.Ongoing monitoring, measurement, and improvement of products through their life cycles.LeadershipMentor and coach others in the team to build a strong and productive culture.Spearhead process and system improvements to build a best-in-class marketing competence within our team.Present to senior leadership, customers, and across Abbott.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree.7+ years product management and/or downstream marketing experience.Comfortable with both upstream and downstream marketing activities.Experience working with technical products and teams, particularly in areas related to digital and/or data management products and services.Creative problem solver, agile mindset.Proven ability to manage to plan and resolve issues.Polished communicator - written documentation and oral presentations/discussions/meetings.Excellent reputation for building relationships across various levels of an organization.Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.Preferred QualificationsMBA or other related advanced degree.Data Science or EHR related expertise.Experience in digital health technology, preferably in the health or medical space.Travel 20%+ of the timeApply Now
