Advise business and other groups on factors affecting buying and selling of products and services.Confer with legal staff to resolve problems, such as copyright infringement and royalty sharing.Develop pricing strategies that balance firm objectives and customer satisfaction.Direct hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff.Evaluate financial aspects of product development, including budgets and profit-loss projections.Formulate, direct, and coordinate marketing activities and policies.Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategies based on market characteristics.Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors.Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure profitability.Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong negotiation and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Strong mentoring skills for providing constructive feedback.Expert knowledge of marketing principles and methods.Expertise in media production and dissemination techniques.Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training required.8-10 years related experience required.Necessary Attributes:
