DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIESWhat you will do:

Lead Aftermarket Marketing activities for U.S./Canada region.

Directly responsible for developing marketing strategies, tools and materials for Aftermarket products, technologies, and services to support the needs of the commercial sales organization and our customers.

Lead a team of graphic designers and marketing specialists to deliver marketing, training, and customer/industry tradeshow exhibits.

Serve as point person for Clarios involvement in industry associations.

How you will do it:

Develop and implement

innovative, industry-leading marketing communications strategies and practices that drive business success and position Clarios as the industry leader and preferred supplier partner.

Leverage technology

and create marketing communications that build awareness, understanding, and advocacy for our products, technologies, and services that enhance the overall customer and consumer experience.

Lead the development of product, training, and support materials to ensure consistency and integration of messaging, visual identity, and audience alignment.

Lead supplier relationships to produce promotional materials and sales aides.

Manage branding and visual identity guidelines for all marketing materials.

Execute marketing communications across websites, social media, print, trade shows, and events in partnership with product management and Clarios global marketing/communications.

Lead the coordination of Aftermarket activities for representation at relevant trade shows and customer events, including display strategies, key messaging, promotional materials, and media support.

Serve as point person for Clarios involvement in automotive industry associations.

OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONSRequired:

Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related curriculum.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or related experience.

Position requires excellent communications and leadership skills.

Ability to lead, coach and develop a team.

Proven track record of project management success.

Ability to travel up to 25%.

Preferred:

Automotive aftermarket industry experience a plus.
