Design and delivery of the System Design Specification (SDS) and is largely focused on large-scale, complex or enterprise projects. May also be accountable for complex programming / coding.Depth & Scope:Provides technical expertise and guidance to others in a lead capacity and works autonomouslyExpert knowledge of the business, the broader organization, technical environment, processes, procedures, tools and other relevant technology areas (e.g. Architecture, Infrastructure, Security etc.) from a design / support / solutions perspectivePrimary subject matter expert in multiple areas and consults with clients/or project teams with respect to all aspects of research, analysis, design, hardware / software support and/or development of technical solutions and/or testingWorks autonomously and leads on a diverse range of activities (e.g. design, support of technical business solutions) and is relied upon to coach / educate and monitor the work of othersActs as an internal expert resource in the exchange of technical information for project teams, and provides technical insight and recommendations to the business and/or outside vendorsTypically reports to a Senior IT Development Manager or higherEducation & Experience:Undergraduate degree or Technical CertificateGraduate degree, preferred7+ years related experiencePreferred Qualifications:5+ years Salesforce Development ExperienceSalesforce Administrator CertificationSalesforce Platform Developer I (PD I) CertificationExperience in delivering Salesforce projectsProven experience in building Salesforce Org for an organizationProven experience in solutioning Salesforce org and managing limitsKnowledge of APIs, Data martsResults oriented; Can do attitudeHighly desired qualifications include:Commercial Lending knowledgenCino knowledge and implementation experiencePrior experience in delivering JAVA initiativesFinancials industry experienceKnowledge of JAVA, nCino, Node.jsSalesforce Platform Developer II (PD II) Certification is a plusSalesforce Designer Certification is a plusWho We Are:TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
