We are seeking a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging digital channels to drive business growth. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that encompass SEO/SEM, website optimization, marketing automation, social media, and performance reporting.Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives.Lead the optimization of our website, ensuring it adheres to branding standards and guidelines while maximizing user experience and conversion rates.Oversee all aspects of SEO/SEM initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance monitoring to improve search engine rankings and visibility.Manage marketing automation platforms to streamline processes, nurture leads, and deliver personalized content to target audiences.Collaborate with Marketing Communications specialists and Content Writer to develop and implement social media initiatives, crafting compelling content, orchestrating campaigns, and cultivating community engagement.Generate detailed digital marketing performance reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives and priorities.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously optimize digital marketing efforts and drive innovation.Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of learning, growth, and collaboration within the marketing team.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field required.Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Digital Marketing demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility and leadership.3+ years' experience in Business-to-Business marketing required.3+ years of experience in the engineering, architecture, construction, or related industry preferred.Proven track record of hands-on experience in website development and management.Proficient in developing and implementing email nurture programs using marketing automation platforms.Experience in coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and possibly JavaScript.Strong familiarity with CRM systems for lead management.Extensive experience in reporting and performance analysis, particularly using Google Analytics.Deep expertise in managing and leveraging social media platforms.Exceptional knowledge and experience in SEO strategies and best practices.Proven track record of effectively collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.Previous experience managing projects, coordinating tasks, and meeting deadlines.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Effective skills to help you flourish:
