2K is looking for a

Senior Manager, Creator Marketing,

to join the publishing team focused on a new AAA IP. Reporting to the Director, Global Digital Marketing, you will play a crucial role driving the creator marketing vision, strategy, execution, and resourcing throughout the lifecycle of our new game. The ideal candidate will be a gaming enthusiast, with expert knowledge and deep drive to build strong creator relationships and creator marketing campaigns that serve the player communities.You will develop and implement global creator marketing strategies to build key relationships, expand our share of voice on key channels, increase cultural relevance for our game & brand, and promote positivity and loyalty within our creator communities.Must have strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills. Proactivity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity are crucial for success in this strategic and hands-on role.What You Will Do

Creator MarketingLead and develop our creator focused marketing strategy, campaigns, and partnerships.Serve as the creator and influencer expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize and focus our efforts, while managing expectations, timelines, and needs of the team to execute great campaigns and build strong relationships.Develop and execute creator marketing campaigns from audience insights that align with our identified target audiences.Develop creator engagement and growth performance metrics, providing regular performance analysis and reporting on performance and player sentiment.Steer creative ideation and creator content development needed to launch best-in-class campaigns and collaborations.Leadership, Collaboration, and CommunicationBecome a trusted partner for our cross-functional publishing teams (Brand Marketing, Community Management, Social Media, Product Management, Insights & Analytics) by building thoughtful creator marketing strategies.Lead and grow the Creator Marketing team, ensuring that our future roadmap and creator marketing efforts are set up for success.Regularly partner, present, and report to key stakeholders on creator marketing strategies, plans, findings, results, and recommendations that influence product and marketing roadmaps in service of our players.What Will Make You a Great Fit:A proven track record (6-8+ years) as a Global creator Marketing leader in live service games.An expert in creator marketing, skilled at crafting integrated creator marketing strategies across channels and touchpoints.Deep understanding of community & creator media platform nuances globally (especially Twitch, YouTube, Discord, TikTok, Reddit, and gaming platforms).Strong knowledge and proficiency with creator marketing and reporting tools, with a keen sense of what, why, and how metrics need to be delivered on.Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Powerful presentation skills with the ability to create compelling presentations to support strategy and thinking, as well as present to both peers, reports, and company leadership.Strong team management skills and cross-functional leadership competency, with an understanding of a matrixed organization and how to navigate.A strong leader who can make critical decisions quickly, while taking a measured approach to risk, and be willing to have the hard conversations when needed.Flexibility and the ability to pivot directions when needed.Good taste in content and an eye for which creator marketing approaches will move the needle.Extensive knowledge of a wide array of gaming genres and communities.As an equal opportunity employer, we are committed to ensuring that qualified individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform their essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
