Overview

As a Lead Designer, you’ll be coming up with fresh and original concepts to meet a brief across various channels and media. You must be able to craft consumer-grade experiences that engage people while also enjoying the opportunity to work on traditional marketing collateral. How you'll make an impact

Conceive and create compelling conceptual design solutions that address strategic business and audience objectives across a range of media.Define or adapt the brand look & feel for various channels and platforms while adhering to brand guidelines.Bring your own ideas and creative thinking to seemingly simple briefs.Work with global campaigns, toolkits, and assets supplied, showcasing a passion for being creative within guidelines/framework.Create cohesive multi-channel digital creative that aligns with the larger brand story.Act as a brand guardian, producing high-quality work within tight timelines.Lead, collaborate, and mentor Junior/Mid-Level creative team members.Manage projects within agreed timelines, taking into account quality and consistency.Foster a close working relationship with the client, presenting, questioning, and taking client feedback to build trust and produce better work.Challenge, push, lead, and develop the creative output of the team while maintaining quality and promoting growth.Think differently but be able to tell the story as to why, stirring emotions and inspiring thought along the way.Work effectively with the Creative Director and Head of Creative to ensure the design work exceeds client expectations.Collaborate with UX, Consultants, and Developers to ensure the project runs smoothly, following internal policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

About You

QualificationsHons Degree in Art & Design/ Advertising/ Communications or relevant industry experienceTechnical KnowledgeAn expert in Adobe CS; good knowledge of design for web (Figma, Sketch & Invision)Experience5+ years previous commercial experience.Proven ability to produce consumer-grade creative work with a master-level understanding of design, including typography and layout.Skills/OtherStrong project management skills including budget and timeline management.Effective communication skills within and across teams.Problem-solving abilities.Ability to develop ideas for product innovation.An excellent eye for detail.Outstanding presentation skills and comfort working directly with clients.Ability to bring fresh, inspirational thinking to any brand.Ability to seek out stunning design.Informed opinion on contemporary design and agencies.A strong working knowledge of experience design, brand development, interactive commerce, and the creative process.
