Performance Health is seeking a Marketplace Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and management of retail media strategies across selected retailers. This role encompasses the development and delivery of media strategies, from planning and negotiation to management once live. The Marketplace Media Manager will also translate brand, marketing, and creative strategies into impactful retail media channel executions.Additionally, the role will be accountable for the reporting, analysis, and optimization of retail and digital media campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness and ROI.Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Execution:

Develop and execute best-in-class retail media strategies in partnership with the marketplace team, focusing on key marketplaces.Manage and allocate paid retail media advertising budgets to meet sales targets and business KPIs, in collaboration with marketplace partners.Translate brand and marketing strategies into targeted retail media channel executions, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.

Campaign Management & Optimization:

Measure and report on the performance of all retail media campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize outcomes.Leverage advanced technology and tools to enhance campaign effectiveness and maximize Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS).Monitor and control the paid share of voice within retail media channels to maintain competitive positioning.Architect and execute campaign strategies based on an understanding of marketplace search dynamics.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

Evaluate and integrate new and emerging media platforms, such as influencer marketing, to expand retail media capabilities.Design and implement upper-funnel media strategies, including display marketing, to drive brand awareness and engagement.Oversee the management and enhancement of digital assets across channels to improve campaign performance.

Collaboration & Vendor Management:

Lead the onboarding and integration of retailer media networks, ensuring seamless processes and successful partnerships.Support communication and collaboration with retail vendors, particularly in relation to new product launches and media initiatives.Share media insights and expertise with the marketplace team to influence trading terms and negotiations with customers.

Performs other duties as assigned.Job QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.5-7 years of experience in retail media management, digital marketing, or a related field.Must have retail media expertise working with commerce platforms (ex: WMC, Amazon, Instacart, Kroger, Albertsons, ADUSA, Dollar General, etc.), technology partners (ex: Pacvue), and DSPs.Ability to strategize, implement, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms.Understanding of eCommerce channel dynamics.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, prepare and interpret reports, and communicate actionable results, findings, and recommendations.Strong communicator, with ability to translate complex digital media concepts into simplified terms that non-media/non-retail stakeholders can understand.Understand media operations and requirements (Budgets, Reporting, Billing, etc.).Experience in Microsoft Office suite of tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, including overnight travel.BenefitsOur benefits include healthcare; insurance benefits; retirement programs; paid time off plans; family and parenting leaves; wellness programs; discount purchase programs.This is a full-time position with a base salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 plus benefits.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
