We are Lucasfilm Games, the team that collaborates with best-in-class partners across the galaxy to create award-winning games such as Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, Star Wars Outlaws, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, and many others. We offer an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, passionate coordinator who lives and breathes games to join our collaborative team.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing and supporting the Games Marketing team across various titles and projects, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to create top-notch campaigns that increase brand awareness and engage consumers through compelling brand storytelling. The coordinator will be critical and essential in ensuring teams meet their schedules and deliverables for all assigned titles.

This is a Full Time role.

What You Will DoProvide insightful guidance and facilitate approvals for go-to-market plans, assets, and activations with licensees and internal teams.Draft and distribute feedback while navigating processes and tools to meet partner submission demands on assigned titles.Become a brand steward for Lucasfilm IP to deliver on-brand marketing and creative.Create and maintain asset management tools/directories for increased efficiency.Foster strong and lasting relationships with licensees and internal teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills1+ years of experience in marketing within the entertainment industry (gaming experience preferred)A strong passion for games - let's talk about what you're playing now!Experience in coordination, brand management, product marketing, or social/community roles.Attention to detail with solid analytical and organizational skills.Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse personalities across multiple organizations and partners.Strategic problem-solving abilities with a can-do attitude and proactive work ethic.Advanced written/verbal communication skills and presentation style, with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google products. Familiarity with Jira is a plus.

The hiring range for this position in San Francisco, CA is $57,400 to $77,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
