1TAM Residential, a leading multifamily property management company based in Plano, Texas, is seeking a dynamic and creative Outreach Marketing Specialist to drive our marketing efforts for our residential communities.JOB SUMMARY:

This position will contribute to and support leasing performance. The position will ensure strategic alignment with corporate marketing initiatives and client expectations. This position directly influences the level of service and support the regional marketing team provides for our clients and operators. This role requires previous sales experience. Property management leasing experience with demonstrated experience in marketing and lead generation is highly preferred, but not required.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactory; other duties may be assigned.Closely partner with marketing team and leasing performance teams to develop strategic marketing plans to include but not limited to, outreach marketing, preferred employer program, content marketing, and customer experience support.Work to understand the assigned community’s key business metrics, goals to align marketing on the unique business challenges of each community.Create engaging marketing materials including flyers, brochures, and digital content to promote the target portfolio or specific properties.Distribute marketing materials to strategic locations around the communities, housing authorities, employment centers, etc.Organize and participate in local events to promote the properties and generate leads.Utilize various marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, and community events.Identify changing market/employment trends and quickly adapt marketing strategy.Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, work in collaboration with marketing strategy team.Participate in frequent meetings to provide updates to the corporate leadership team on marketing activities and outcomes.Collaborate with operations and internal marketing team to identify both new and successful marketing plans that help achieve property occupancy goals.Provides marketing subject matter expertise for strategic consultation across assigned regional portfolio, leasing performance support, outreach marketing initiatives, ADU/Essential Housing marketing plans, social media, reputation growth and customer experience.Drive to and from each property. This is a remote role but the expectation is that the candidate is in the field a majority of the time.SKILLS + ABILITIES:

Superior problem-solving skillsAbility to thrive in ever-changing environments with minimal direction.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must have reliable transportation and willingness to be out in markets driving between 2-4 hours per day.Proficient with Microsoft Office SuiteEDUCATION + EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales, with Marketing experience.Property management experience is a plus, but not required.Experience with relationship building and relationship selling.Experience directly supporting and driving the marketing strategy for new business/leads.TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Daily driving to and from propertiesMust have a valid driver’s licenseReliable transportation with up-to-date registration and insuranceMust carry minimum vehicle insurance as required by the State of TexasWORKING CONDITIONS:

Ability to operate in an open work area with moderate everyday noise.Ability to work from multiple locations.Ability to perform other duties as required.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Ability to frequently, and sometimes for long periods of time, sit, stand, climb and descend stairs, walk, extend arms and hands forward and overhead, using fingers to grasp, and carry.Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, or stoop on occasion.Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.EEOC:
