What You'll Do

Develop and oversee the US brand’s paid media strategy, working in close partnership with Global and eCommerce to ensure a complimentary, full funnel approach.Build and oversee the implementation of annual paid media plans that drive consideration, awareness, traffic, affinity, engagement, and audience growth.Ensure that paid campaigns and content support the annual integrated marketing plan, seamlessly supporting brand and product storytelling and growth.Strong Brand Media experience with an emphasis on paid social – keeping a finger on the pulse of social innovation with a strong knowledge of Upper Funnel Brand Media (e.g. CTV/Audio).Own a relationship with the America marketing team to align on key regional plans and priorities for planning.Main point of contact for the media agency for all US Brand Media items. Ensure frequent and smooth communication, alignment with the brand positioning and strategy, and encouraging a high-functioning and collaborative partnership. Facilitate communication between brand, agency, and internal shared services to nimbly and clearly drive action.Work closely with Creative to ensure assets are delivered timely and to channel best practices.Partner with Brand Media Agency on trafficking - via asset delivery to ensure a smooth launch.Report back to the US commercial team on Brand Media performance within the region that is moving the business.Build recommendations for the utilization of creative assets and strategies across media plans and craft briefs for the creative team in the development and deployment of assets to support the plan and the subsequent optimization needs.Partner with agency and available reporting platforms to monitor performance and share reports to relevant collaborators, in addition to overseeing and uplifting the performance dashboard for social media.Oversee the management of US media budgets.What You'll Bring to the Table

8+ years of extensive experience and proficiency in paid media coupled with a great foundation in brand media.Broad understanding of media measurement and reporting to help set objectives, identify optimizations, and communicate performance to key partners.Significant experience in how to strategically plan and manage paid media with differing objectives across the marketing funnel: new consumer acquisition, brand awareness and consideration, and understanding of how it works with performance media.Track record of building paid media plans that drive awareness and consideration and the ability to clearly articulate how it drives the business.Experience and confidence working within a matrixed organization, building positive relationships, and driving empathetic alignment across departments.Strong background in media agency management and collaborating to deliver against brand objectives.Previous experience in retail/footwear a plus.Advanced analytical skills, ability to translate complex data, trends and insights into actionable strategy: proudly a self-proclaimed data nerd.Excellent project management oversight abilities; can drive forward projects and initiatives in ambiguous and changing environments against timelines.The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
