The ideal candidate should have the desire to play a key role within an innovative team that’s actively advancing the sports industry forward. This position is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of the sports tech industry!Realplay delivers video of every swing, pitch, and defensive play that any player makes on a baseball or softball field. Our cameras capture every moment for each player and store them on personalized profiles in order to help players improve their game, easily share their highlights with anyone, and hold onto memories.
Job Description:
As a member of our Sports Marketing Team, you will gain hands-on experience in sports media, social media marketing, sports video operations, and data collection. Our Remote Marketing Interns will be tasked with the following:Create content for social media channelsDevelop social media and marketing campaignsWork directly with management to execute strategic objectives and various projectsParticipate in remote professional advancement exercisesCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team members to achieve common goalsContribute to product development and innovation through remote collaborationRequirements:
Excellent professional communication skillsStrong understanding of baseball/softballSelf-motivated with high energy and enthusiasmComfortable working with new technologyStrong attention to detailReliable internet connection and suitable home office setupDesire to work in a fast-paced, remote environmentPreferred:
Experience with Adobe Premiere or other video editing software is a plusExperience creating content for social media is a plusThis is not a paid internship, but is available for school credit. This internship will conclude on 11/15.Check with your school's Internship Coordinator BEFORE accepting the hiring offer to determine if this position satisfies the criteria for receiving academic credit.
