We are an established real estate law firm with offices across California. Our Los Angeles office is looking for a Legal Writing Clerk to join our fast-paced team. If chosen as the successful candidate, you will be responsible for assisting our attorneys in drafting letters and legal notices to tenants who have breached their lease obligations.About Us:

$26-30/hourResponsibilities:

Draft legal notices, letters, and stipulations for unlawful detainer casesReview residential leases and client documents to identify lease violationsCommunicate with clients to obtain relevant information necessary to draft letters and legal noticesCommunicate with clients regarding status of their casesAssist with case intake and data entryQualifications:

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:Strong writing skillsExcellent attention to detail and ability to multi-taskProfessional communication skills via telephone and emailTyping speed of 65+ wpm and versatile computer skillsWill be required to provide writing samples showcasing writing styleThe following qualifications are preferred:Previous experience working in a law firmPrevious drafting and legal research experienceProLaw experienceSchedule:

Position is full-time at 40 hours/week. Our business hours are 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm Friday.We currently offer a hybrid in-office remote work model for select positions within the Firm. New hire employees who are offered a hybrid schedule will complete their onboarding and training in-office as deemed necessary for the position by the firm before transitioning to a hybrid schedule, subject to approval by their supervisor.Why Work for Us?
