For more information, please go to: https://www.siriusxmmedia.com/ How youll make an impact: Reporting to the Associate Director of B2B Marketing, Industry Events & Experiential, the Events & Experiential Specialist plays a pivotal role within a best-in-class B2B Marketing team in supporting the SiriusXM Media Ad Sales organization across a variety of key tentpole Industry Marketing initiatives, (ex. CES, Cannes, Advertising Week, etc.) as well as owned & operated events centered around SiriusXM Podcast Network talent/hosts live shows. The ideal candidate for this position possesses a passion for planning and project managing impactful events aimed at resonating with advertising clientele and driving revenue. If you embody a creative mindset, have a proven track record of generating innovative ideas, have meticulous attention to detail, and is capable of operating across multiple projects happening within a fast-paced environment, then this role presents an exceptional opportunity for you. What youll do: Contribute to development and execution of SiriusXM Medias year-long calendar of B2B Marketing tentpole events designed to drive advertising revenue and customer engagement. Support the project management of activating a variety of industry tentpole events (ex. CES, Cannes, Advertising Week, etc.). Facilitate relationships and deliver clear, concise communication between cross-functional SiriusXM Media teams (design, content, sales marketing, PR/Comms) and a variety of external production agencies and creative vendors. Maintenance of project management databases (ex. Monday boards, Google sheets, JiffleNow) and event-related budgets (ex. Sharepoint) Manage vendor contracts and input Invoices, working closely with finance to create requisition and purchase orders (via Jaggaer) Communicate clearly and positively across projects and people, both internally and externally What youll need: Minimum of 3 years experience in project/campaign management, event planning, customer marketing, and digital media at a publisher, brand, or agency Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Google Docs and related project/program management applications to drive best practices Great at managing multiple projects at the same time, and being resourceful Familiar with using Project Management Software, Monday.com Ability to manage heavy workloads, prioritize, think quickly and meet tight deadlines Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills; strong interpersonal skills and organizational effectiveness Has a can-do attitude, learns fast, and loves problem-solving Open to taking on other B2B Marketing projects, as needed Bachelors Degree required Must have legal right to work in the U.S. Our goal at SiriusXM is to provide and maintain a work environment that fosters mutual respect, professionalism and cooperation. At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $67,000.00 to $87,000.00 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
